Clearent is pleased to announce Susan Chatterton as the company’s first associate to reach the Centurion level of our Voyager sales enablement and incentive program. Clearent launched the Voyager program earlier this year as a way to help the members of its Direct Sales team reach their personal and financial goals faster. With Voyager, associates work their way through the program’s tiers, which include Standard, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and ultimately Centurion.

Chatterton has been a District Manager with Clearent for two years and is based out of Hogansville, GA. She began her career in sales as a consultant with Central Payment in Atlanta and from the outset, has worked diligently to build long-term relationships with her customers. She also has experience as a territory manager with Heartland Payment Systems and as a financial analyst with Jindal Films. She credits her success at Clearent to her growth and professional development in these positions.

When asked how she became the first Centurion, Chatterton said, “Always do right by your merchants. Become an advocate for them and always answer the phone. Your success depends on making them your top priority.”
