Clearent is proud to announce that Tim Paton has reached the Centurion level within Clearent’s Voyager sales enablement and incentive program. With Voyager, sales associates work their way through the program’s tiers, which include Standard, Silver, Gold, Platinum and ultimately Centurion.

Paton is a Senior Account Executive who has worked in the payments industry for almost 10 years. Prior to joining the Clearent team two years ago, he was a Territory Manager and a Division Manager with Heartland Payment Systems.

Paton, an Eagle Scout, lives in Ponte Verde, Florida with his family. He is grateful for his fiancée Laura, daughters Timberlyn and Willow, and soon to be stepson Linken for supporting him during his time of achievement.

Paton works to drive personal and career-oriented goals while educating merchants about payment security options that will help their businesses grow and operate more efficiently. “Don’t let your mind tell you what you are capable of,” said Paton. “You have to put on the blinders and drive past your goal line.”

“Tim is an extremely valuable asset to our Direct Sales team. He is passionate and knowledgeable about payments, and is committed to his customers,” said Kevin Haar, SVP of Sales at Clearent. “We are always looking for more people just like him who have the passion, drive and customer-first mentality that it takes to make a great salesperson.”
