- If you receive an email or text from an organization and are unsure if it’s real, don’t click on any links.

- Keep operating systems up to date.
- Limit system access and administrative privileges to only those who need it.
- As a system administrator, keep access levels up to date for current employees.
- Monitor data and network access for every device and user.
