Your Terminal Needs a New SIM Card

Our records indicate that you are using a Dejavoo credit card terminal with a Jasper prepaid SIM card. This SIM card is being discontinued before the end of the year.
You must purchase a new SIM card immediately or you will be unable to accept payments.

What is happening?
Jasper, a provider of SIM cards, is discontinuing support for their annual prepaid SIM cards. After December 20, 2021, Jasper SIM cards will no longer connect to a cellular network.
Will my device stop working?
After Jasper SIM cards are discontinued, devices using a Jasper SIM card will no longer be able to process transactions through a cellular network connection.
What do I need to do?
Complete the form to order a new SIM card for $10.00. In order for the SIM card to enable the terminal to connect wirelessly to a cellular network, a monthly fee of $8.00 applies. You will see both charges on your next monthly statement.
When your SIM card arrives, follow the instructions included in the package to install the new card and update the software on your terminal.

By clicking “Submit” you are agreeing to purchase a new SIM card for your credit card terminal. You will be billed a one-time cost of $10.00 for each SIM card, plus a monthly fee of $8.00 per SIM card which covers your connectivity to a wireless network.
